Created by TheBusinessDesk.com in 2024, in partnership with Deloitte, Clarion, and The Swinton Estate, these awards acknowledge the dedication of local businesses to reduce their environmental impact. As the second year running, these awards celebrate companies who are committed to reducing emissions, cutting down on waste, and improving energy efficiency.
Winning these awards is a great honour and is a testament to the ongoing efforts of our team, who are passionate about building a greener future for manufacturing.

What Sets Us Apart?
Sustainability is one of our core principles, and here are just a few ways we implement it:
- We’re one of the few manufacturing facilities with an EPC rating of A+.
- Our facility is equipped with more than 400 solar panels, generating over 80% of our annual energy needs.
- All of our spring products are made using 100% recyclable, high-quality metal.
- Over 90% of our cardboard packaging comes from recycled sources.
We are always looking to improve our business’ sustainability, and we’re on track to become a net energy exporter by 2026
In 2024, we were honoured to receive the Sustainable Business of the Year at the Keighley & Airedale Business Awards, and the Sustainability Award at the Telegraph & Argus Bradford Means Business Awards.
